Here’s the thing: The market already contains plenty of books about Asperger Syndrome. What it’s missing are books about Social Anxiety Disorder, or S.A.D. And so as someone who suffers from SAD, I decided to write a book documenting my own experiences with it.
Here’s where it gets interesting: To motivate myself, I decided that I’ll release a draft copy of each chapter of the book on this platform, Substack, as I finish writing it. Why? To build some publicity, and also to offer critics the ability to provide some early feedback and criticism.
Here’s where you get involved: Today I’d like to invite you — yes, YOU — to join me along this writing journey. I’d also like to encourage you to subscribe to my Substack for absolutely free so that you automatically receive newly released chapters in our email inbox.
Here’s some extra info you should know: This book isn’t meant to be an autobiography. Although it certainly reads like one, my focus is on documenting only those experiences and memories that best convey what it’s like to live with this frustrating disorder.
And now, without further adieu, please join me on this journey by starting with:
